SVPI型 超級閃蒸器（Super VPI）

一．應用范圍

YunTek 超級閃蒸器適用于帶壓力液體樣品進入分析儀器進行分析的前端氣化以及樣品傳輸。其設計與性能與同種產品相比有一定。

YunTek Super VPI is suitable for front-end gasification and sample transfer with pressure liquid samples entering the analysis instrument for analysis. Its design and performance have certain advantages compared with the same kind of domestic products.

二．儀器特點

1.本儀器相比一般的液體進樣閥更加方便，而且分析結果更加。

2.所有液樣品均在恒壓環境中被汽化和傳輸，克服了液態樣品在氣化過程中，由于其密度變化而導致的錯誤，確保了分析譜圖出峰良好。

三．產品

1.全程惰性化管路及惰性化處理過濾器，杜腐蝕、吸附。

2.可用于硫化物及氧化物的痕量物質檢測。

3.具備壓力控制功能，使每次進樣壓力一致，保證分析效果。

4.設計帶有用戶可調式加熱器兩個，分別對閃蒸溫度 及進樣管路進行溫度控制，實現全程伴熱，防止樣品氣化后二次冷凝。

五．應用分析

石化客戶樣品組分以液態碳四為主，理論上液態樣品熱水浴氣化進樣存在揮發不完全的問題，揮發性組分的重現性較差（重烴組分重復性很差，甚至大于 50%）。實際數據也驗證了，客戶直接氣態進樣數據重復性很差，即使用國產品牌閃蒸器，由于使用了過大的傳輸管路，導致樣品不能夠被完全氣化，進而會導致樣品分析結果的不完整以及其它錯誤，亦存在重烴組分揮發不充分或二次冷凝的現象。通過閃蒸進樣的硫化物分析結果譜圖中，羰基硫組分峰面積相對標準偏差低于 0.5%，保證了分析結果的重復性。證明了 YunTek 閃蒸器對硫化物組分的進果。

The results of YunTek flash evaporator on sulphide composition were proved.
