聚四氟乙烯高溫布
我公司采用優(yōu)質進口玻璃纖維為編織材料,進行平紋,斜紋,緞紋或采用其它織法編織成高級玻璃纖維布基材,再經獨特的工藝技術,反復充分浸漬,涂覆優(yōu)質特氟龍樹脂,生產各種厚度多種超寬的特(鐵)耐高溫漆布和焊布。
我公司可以提供自然棕色及黑色的特氟龍耐高溫布,厚度從0.08毫米到1.2毫米。
聚四氟乙烯高溫布的特點:
1、用于低溫-196℃,高溫360℃之間,具有耐氣候性,抗老化。經實際應用,如在250℃高溫情下連續(xù)放置200天,不但強度不會變低,而且重量也不減少;在380℃ 高溫下放置120個小時,重量只減少0.6%左右;在-180℃超低溫情況下不會產生龜裂,并保持原有的柔軟性。
2 、非粘著性:不易粘附任何物質。易于清洗附著其表面的各種油漬,污點或其它附著物;漿糊、樹脂、涂料等幾乎所有粘著物質都可簡單地清除。
3、耐化學腐蝕,能耐強酸、強堿、王水及各種有機溶劑的腐蝕。
4、摩擦系數(shù)低(0.05-0.1),是無油自潤滑的最佳選擇。
5、透光率達6~13 %。
6、具有高絕緣性能(介電常數(shù)?。?/span>2.6,正切在0.0025以下)、防紫外線、防靜電。
7、尺寸穩(wěn)定性好(延伸系數(shù)小于5‰)、強度高。具有良好的機械特性。
8、耐藥劑性、無毒性。幾乎可耐所有藥劑物品。
9、防火阻燃。
聚四氟乙烯高溫布的應用范圍:
1、抗粘的內襯、墊片、蒙布和輸送帶;根據(jù)厚度不同,用于各種烘干機械的輸送帶,粘合帶,封口帶等。
2、塑料制品焊接,焊封用的焊布;塑料片、膜、熱封壓片襯帶。
3、電氣的高絕緣:電氣絕緣帶基、隔片、墊片、襯圈。高頻覆銅板板。
4、耐熱包復層;疊層基材,隔熱體包扎。
5、微波墊片、烤爐片、食品烘干。
6、粘合帶,轉移印花燙臺布,地毯背膠固化輸送帶,橡膠硫化輸送帶,磨料片固化離型布等。
7、壓敏膠帶基布。
8、建筑膜材:各種運動場所的頂蓬、車站亭蓬、陽傘、景觀蓬等。
9、用于各種石油化工管道的抗腐蝕包復,電廠廢氣的環(huán)保脫硫等。
10、柔性補償器、摩擦材料、砂輪切片。
11、特殊加工后可制作 “防靜電布”。
