一種無(wú)色液體,氣味似氯仿。分子式為C2-H-Cl3。分子量是131.39。相對(duì)密度是1.4649(20/4℃)。熔點(diǎn)零下73℃,沸點(diǎn)86.7℃,自燃點(diǎn)420℃,蒸氣密度4.53,蒸氣壓13.33kPa(100mm,Hg32℃)。蒸氣與空氣形成混合物可燃限8.0%~10.5%。幾乎不溶于水;與乙醇、乙醚及氯仿混溶;溶于多種固定油和揮發(fā)性油。潮濕時(shí)遇光生成鹽酸。高濃度蒸氣在高溫下會(huì)燃燒。加熱分解,放出有毒氯化物。加熱至250~600℃,與鐵、銅、鋅、鋁接觸生成光氣。能與鋇、四氧化二氮、鋰、鎂、液態(tài)氧、臭氧、氫氧化鉀、硝酸鉀、鈉、氫氧化鈉、鈦發(fā)生劇烈反應(yīng)。
應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域:
工業(yè)上使用三氯乙烯的行業(yè)很多,可以用作金屬表面的去油污、干洗衣物、植物和礦物油的提取、制備藥物、有機(jī)合成以及溶解油脂、橡膠、樹脂和生物堿、蠟,也用作有機(jī)化工原料及農(nóng)藥、醫(yī)藥的原料。
生產(chǎn)方法:
主要有三種方法:一是乙炔法,以電石乙炔為原料,經(jīng)氯化生成四氯乙烷,再經(jīng)皂化而制得;二是乙烯直接氯化法,乙烯與氯加成生成1,2-二氯乙烷,再進(jìn)一步氯化生成三氯乙烯和四氯乙烯,經(jīng)蒸餾、氨中和、洗滌、干燥得產(chǎn)品;三是乙烯氧氯化法,乙烯與氯加成生成1,2-二氯乙烷,再與氯、氧進(jìn)行氧氯化反應(yīng),經(jīng)冷卻、水洗、干燥、精餾后分離得三氯乙烯及四氯乙烯。
