Introduction
HTF-12/24P tumbling infrared machine with wide application developed by
our company is the latest generation. It combines the advantages of common
infrared machines with Characteristics high-temperature glycerol machines and
overcomes their deficiencies. It is a set of environmental energy-saving efficient
proof press , replaces common infrared machines and the HTHP proof press ,
causes technical reform of dyeing prototype , brings enormous economic and
social benefits to textile , dyeing and finishing, chemical and additives industry.
二、主要優點：
1、安裝可編程智能液晶電腦，多種表達方式，實時監控試驗倉工作狀態。
2、使用涂層紅外線燈管加熱，功率小，沒有油煙污染，沒有甘油損耗，且保溫、恒溫效果好，又可節省巨額甘油及用電費用。
3、采用全新的測控溫技術，可確保該機長期穩定運轉，壽命遠高于普通紅外線機。
4、采用變頻器控制，自動正反轉裝置并可調節杯盤運轉速度，更好的配合現場大貨工藝的運動方式，360℃翻滾運動使杯內的染液來回翻動，使染液上色率更均勻，適合各種布料染色，可得到平整及均勻的樣布。
5、采用風冷式降溫系統，不需外接水源，減少了水資源的浪費。
6、可使用不同浴比、不同布種同時打樣，并可在升溫途中隨時取放染杯而不影響打樣速度及效果。
7、浴比小，zui小可打1：5不色花，可與小浴比染色機相配套。
8、整機均為不銹鋼鏡面板制成，占地面積小。
Main advantages
1.It installs a programmable intelligent LCD computer which has various
expressions and monitors real-time working condition.
2.It uses the infrared coating which is low power, no smoking pollution and
loss of glycerol ,it has good thermal insulation effect, and is effective in saving
energy and costs.
3.It adopts measuring and controlling temperature technology which
guarantees the durable operation ,so that life is much higher than common infrared
machine.
4.It uses frequency conversion control and automatic positive inversion
devices. It can adjust the running speed of cups, better meet the operation of large
stale production. 360°tumbling motion make the dye back and forth to obtain the
uniform dye uptake. It is suitable for all kinds of fabric.
5.It uses air cooling system without external sources, reducing the waste of
water.
6.You can Simultaneously proof at different bath ratio with different fabrics the
same time, and random take the samples during heating without affecting the
speed and effectiveness of sampling.
7.Low bath ratio.It can be as low as 1:5. It can be matched with spray dyeing
machine.
8.The whole machine are made of stainless steel panel, and it occupies a few
ares.
