一、原理性能和用途
原理性能：當被控制對象的溫度達到設定值時，溫控器感溫包內的工質產生相應的膨脹的物理現象（工質體積變大），與感溫部連通一起的膜盒產生膨脹。通過杠桿原理，帶動開關斷開動作，達到限溫目的。需要人工手動復位。WQS系列液脹式溫控器具有限溫準確，穩定可靠，泄露自動保護，超載電流大等性能特點。
用途：主要用于電熱水器、開水器、電烤箱、電熱油炸鍋、食品機械等限溫用（具有防泄漏自動保護功能）。
Principle of performance andApplication：
When the temperature of the controlled object reaches set value,the
inner workingsubstanceof thermostatsensible bulbproduces a
correspondingexpansion physical phenomenon (theworking substance
volume change), at which connected with the diaphragm of sensible bulb
produceexpansion or contraction.Through the leverage to drive switch on/off action, the purpose is to achieve constant temperature.It is
needed to manually reset.WQS series thermostats havetemperature-limitedaccurate, reliable,automatic protection against leakage, and large
overload current performance characteristics.
用途：主要用于電熱水器、開水器、電烤箱、電熱油炸鍋、食品機械等控溫用（具有防泄漏自動保護功能）
Usage: to beapplied to electric water heater, boiler,electronic oven,
frying pan,food machineryfor temperature control use.(With
automatic protection against leakage)
二、注意事項：
1、用戶必須根據自己產品的特點，所需控制的溫度，提出訂貨型號和規格。
2、安裝時，感溫管盡可能整支貼緊被控溫表面，以達到控溫準確的目的。
3、安裝時不可將感溫管壓變形，以免影響其性能。
4、勿使導電氣體或導電物質進入溫控器內或污染溫控器表面以免影響電氣緣性能。
5、開關盒是電器陶瓷件，要輕拿輕放，避免破壞。
6、毛細管折彎半徑不能小于5mm.

3、為方便客戶安裝，可焊接不同的直徑的感溫包
