原理性能和用途Principle of performance andApplication
原理性能：當被控制對象的溫度發(fā)生變化時，溫控器感溫內(nèi)部的工質產(chǎn)生相應的熱脹冷縮的物理現(xiàn)象（工質體積變化），與感溫部連通一起的膜盒產(chǎn)生膨脹或收縮。通過杠桿原理，帶動開關通斷動作，達到恒溫目的。F2000/A2000系列液脹式溫控器具有控溫準確，穩(wěn)定可靠，開停溫差小，控溫調節(jié)范圍大，超載電流大等性能特點。
用途：主要用于廚房冷柜、保鮮柜、冷庫、制冰機、魚池等控溫用。
Principle of performance andApplication:
When the temperature of the controlled object is changed,the inner
workingsubstanceof thermostatsensible bulb produce a corresponding
thermal expansion and contraction physical phenomenon (theworking
substancevolume change), at which connected with the diaphragm of
sensible bulb produceexpansion or contraction.Through the leverage to
drive switch on/off action, the purpose is to achieve constant temperature.F2000/A2000 series thermostats have temperature control accurate, reliable,smalldifferential, temperature adjustment range, and large overload
current performance characteristics.
Usage:to beapplied tokitchen freezer, chiller, refrigerator, ice
machine, fishpond for temperature control use.
二、注意事項：
1、用戶必須根據(jù)自己產(chǎn)品的特點，所需控制的溫度，提出訂貨型號和規(guī)格。
2、溫控器安裝時，感溫管盡可能整支貼緊被控溫表面，以達到控溫準確的目的。
3、安裝時不可將感溫管壓變形，以免影響其性能。
4、勿使導電氣體或導電物質進入溫控器內(nèi)或污染溫控器表面以免影響電氣緣性能。
5、安裝支架的M4螺釘不要過長，否則會破壞溫控器性能。
6、開關盒是電器陶瓷件，要輕拿輕放，避免破壞。
7、毛細管折彎半徑不能小于5mm.

三、說明
1、轉軸尺寸規(guī)格及其起始旋轉角度需依客戶之需求來設定
2、其斷開溫度及其特性曲線需依客戶成品與溫控匹配測試而定
3、端子尺寸規(guī)格和方向多種多樣，毛細管和護套管長度可隨客戶任意選擇
4、為方便客戶安裝溫控器，溫控器中還可焊接不同的直徑的感溫包
