一、原理性能和用途
原理性能：當(dāng)被控制對(duì)象的溫度發(fā)生變化時(shí)，溫控器感溫部?jī)?nèi)的工質(zhì)產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的熱脹冷縮的物理現(xiàn)象（工質(zhì)體積變化），與感溫部連通一起的膜盒產(chǎn)生膨脹或收縮。通過(guò)杠桿原理，帶動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)通斷動(dòng)作，達(dá)到恒溫目的。WYE系列液脹式溫控器具有控溫準(zhǔn)確，穩(wěn)定可靠，開(kāi)停溫差小，控溫調(diào)節(jié)范圍大，超載電流大等性能特點(diǎn)。
用途：主要用于家電行業(yè)（淋浴器、滾筒式洗衣機(jī)、暖風(fēng)機(jī)），電熱設(shè)備（不銹鋼全自動(dòng)開(kāi)水器、嵌入式電烤箱、電熱油炸鍋、食品機(jī)械、醫(yī)療設(shè)備），制冷行業(yè)（廚房冷柜、保鮮柜、冷庫(kù)、制冰機(jī)、魚池、冷飲機(jī)、暖氣機(jī)）等控溫用。

Principle of performance andApplication

When the temperature of the controlled object is changed,the inner

workingsubstanceof thermostatsensible bulb  produce a corresponding

thermal expansion and contraction physical  phenomenon (theworking substancevolume change), at which connected withthe diaphragm of sensible bulb

produceexpansion or contraction.Through the leverage to drive switch

on/off action, the purpose is to achieve constant temperature.F2000/A2000 series thermostats have temperature control accurate, reliable,  

smalldifferential, temperature adjustmentrange, and large overload

current performance characteristics.

Usage: to beapplied to home Appliances industry(shower bath fitting、

tumbling-box washing machine, fan heater),electrical heating

二、注意事項(xiàng)：
1、用戶必須根據(jù)自己產(chǎn)品的特點(diǎn)，所需控制的溫度，提出訂貨型號(hào)和規(guī)格。
2、溫控器安裝時(shí)，感溫管盡可能整支貼緊被控溫表面，以達(dá)到控溫準(zhǔn)確的目的。
3、安裝時(shí)不可將感溫管壓變形，以免影響其性能。
4、勿使導(dǎo)電氣體或?qū)щ娢镔|(zhì)進(jìn)入溫控器內(nèi)或污染溫控器表面以免影響電氣緣性能。
5、安裝支架的M4機(jī)絲不要過(guò)長(zhǎng)，否則會(huì)破壞溫控器性能。
6、開(kāi)關(guān)盒是電器陶瓷件要輕拿輕放，避免破壞。
7、毛細(xì)管折彎半徑不能小于5mm.

3, The installation must not be a bulb pressure deformation, so as not

to affect its performance.

4,Don't make electricity gas and electricity material in a thermostat   

or contaminated thermostat surface to avoid affect the electrical

insulating performance.

5, The M4 screw of mounting brackets is not too long, otherwise it

will damage thermostat performance.

6,Switch box is that the electrical appliances ceramic part to handle    gentlyand avoid damage

7, The bending radius of capillary is not less than 5mm.

3、端子尺寸規(guī)格和方向多種多樣，毛細(xì)管和護(hù)套管長(zhǎng)度可隨客戶任意選擇
4、為方便客戶安裝溫控器，溫控器中還可焊接不同的直徑的感溫包
