一、原理性能和用途
原理性能：當被控制對象的溫度達到設定值時，溫控器感溫包內的工質產生瞬間膨脹的物理現象（工質體積突然變大），與感溫部連通一起的膜盒產生快速膨脹。通過杠桿原理，帶動開關斷開動作，人工手動復位，達到限溫目的。WQB系列液脹式溫控器具有限溫準確，穩定可靠，超載電流大等性能特點。
用途：主要用于電熱水器，具有干燒自動保護功能。
Principle of performance andApplication
When the temperature of the controlled object reaches set value,the
inner workingsubstanceof thermostatsensible bulbproduce a moment
expansion physical phenomenon (theworking substancevolumelargen
abruptly),at which connected with the diaphragm of sensible bulb
produceexpansion or contraction.Through the leverage to drive
switch on/off action, the purpose is to achieve constant
temperature.It is needed to manually reset.WQS series thermostats havetemperature-limitedaccurate, reliable,and large overload current performance characteristics.
Usage: mainly used in electric water heater, with dry
automatic protection.
二、注意事項：
1、用戶必須根據自己產品的特點，所需控制的溫度，提出訂貨型號和規格。
2、安裝時感溫管盡可能整支貼緊被控溫表面，以達到控溫準確的目的。
3、安裝時不可將感溫管壓變形，以免影響其性能。
4、勿使導電氣體或導電物質進入溫控器內或污染溫控器表面以免影響電氣緣性能。
5、毛細管折彎半徑不能小于5mm.
