Catalog Number:SG CL-205
National Diagnostics' HRPL Kit is a nonradioactive chemiluminescence based method for the detection of the enzyme horseradish peroxidase. A single HRPL Kit can be used in a wide range of applications including gene detection, oligonucleotide detection, Western Blotting, immunoassays, and in-situ hybridizations.
The HRPL Kit causes light to be produced when any molecule labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) is exposed to the reagents in the kit. This light can be recorded on X-ray film or counted in a tube or microtiter plate luminometer. The light output peaks approximately 2 minutes after introduction of the reagent, and lasts for more than 1 hour.
Storage: All system components are best stored at 40C and are stable for 1 year.
