Foam level combustion testing machine
1. 適用范圍：Scope of application:
適用于實驗室條件下評定按ISO845-1985測定的密度小于250kg/M3的泡沫塑料小試樣在小火焰下的水平燃燒性能。
Suitable for laboratory evaluation according to determine the density of ISO845-1985 under the condition of
less than 250 kg/M3 of foam under small sample in the small flame combustion performance.
2. 符合標準：Conform to the standard:
符合GB/T8332-2008《泡沫塑料燃燒性能試驗方法-水平燃燒法》以及ISO9772:2001試驗標準
In line with the GB/T8332-2008 "foam performance test method, the level of combustion law and ISO9772:2001
test standard
3. 燃燒箱體：Burning body:
箱體：0.5m3，采用數(shù)控機床加工成型，圓弧造型美觀大方.優(yōu)質SUS304不銹材料/烤漆，具有美觀防銹防腐等特點。
箱體頂部設有抽風排煙系統(tǒng)，在試驗完成時，能將廢氣排出到室外；試驗過程中，此系統(tǒng)為停止狀態(tài)。
箱體正面設有試驗過程中可以密封的鋼化玻璃觀察窗，便于觀察試驗情況。

4. 燃燒噴燈：Combustion burner:
本公司自制噴燈，完全符合ISO10093:1998標準。
噴火口規(guī)格：內徑Ф9.5mm，筒身長為100mm,筒身不帶尾部裝置。
噴燈翼定：翼頂開口內部長度48mm,內部寬度1.3mm.
火焰高度：38mm高度的藍焰。
This burner made by the company, fully meet ISO10093:1998 standards.
Specifications of the crater: Ф inside diameter of 9.5 mm, tube length is 100 mm, tube body with no tail
device.
Burner wing: wing roof openings within 48 mm in length, internal width is 1.3 mm.
Blue flame flame height: 38 mm height.
