三、適用范圍:Scope of application:
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了隔熱隔音材料在高強(qiáng)度開放式火焰下的耐燒穿特性的試驗(yàn)方法。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于評(píng)估隔熱隔音材料在高強(qiáng)度開放式火焰下的耐燒穿特性。
This standard stimulates the insulation materials under high strength open flame resistant to burn through the
characteristics of the test method.
This standard applies to the evaluation of insulation materials under high strength open flame burn through
resistance properties.
四、主要性能參數(shù)：The main performance parameters:
1、試驗(yàn)室：試驗(yàn)室的地面長度與寬度均不應(yīng)小于3.05m。
2、燃油導(dǎo)軌可調(diào)整，使燃油噴嘴位于距離出口固定片前端8mm的位置。出口固定片應(yīng)安裝在通風(fēng)管的端部。
3、燃油：燃油宜為JP-8、Jet A或上等效的燃油。其流量應(yīng)為（0.378 0±0.012 6）L/min。如果不能獲得該燃油，4、當(dāng)
燃油標(biāo)稱流量、溫度和熱流量值符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求時(shí)，可采用3號(hào)噴氣燃料或其他等效的燃油。

±3%。
6、校準(zhǔn)熱電偶直徑為3.2mm的陶瓷包封、金屬護(hù)套、接地式K型（鎳鉻-鎳鋁）熱電偶，其金屬絲直徑應(yīng)為0.511mm
7、記錄燒穿時(shí)間，即火焰穿透試樣的時(shí)間（如果有）或熱流超過2.27W／cm2的時(shí)間。
8、設(shè)備具有下列安全保護(hù)裝置：電源超載、 短路保護(hù)、控制回路過載保護(hù)。
9、采用16位板卡+微機(jī)控制，具有結(jié)構(gòu)合理、性能穩(wěn)定、操作簡便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)；
10、測(cè)試期間實(shí)時(shí)顯示測(cè)量結(jié)果動(dòng)態(tài)地繪出曲線，數(shù)據(jù)可以保存、調(diào)閱和打印輸出,可直接打印報(bào)表；
