試驗儀由試驗部分和控制部分組成采用一體化設計，試驗外殼及重要部件采用不銹鋼制造，耐煙、氣腐蝕。控制系統自動化程
度高，
具有自動點火功能，溫度和時間數字顯示，觀察記錄使用方便，穩定可靠。
供應電源：AC220V±10%/50Hz（可以定其它電源規格）
試驗火焰的氣源采用煤氣或石油液化汽(有條件的情況下建議選用氣質較好 的燃氣)
雙燃燒器，內徑為Φ9.5mm±0.5mm，長約100mm，有空氣調節孔。火焰長度方便調節，可從20mm調至100mm
火焰施加時間及持燃時間可在0~99分99秒范圍內調節，試驗過程自動控制。
箱體內容積 0.05m3外形尺寸(mm)610（寬）×350（深）×650(高)
