流量調節：此流量計用于記錄及控制試驗時石英玻璃管內的空氣流量。
空氣壓力調節：此旋鈕用于調節試驗時石英玻璃管內的空氣壓力。
攪拌器電源：用于控制磁力攪拌器電源的通斷，當其上的指示燈亮時，則說明磁力攪拌器通電。
攪拌器加熱：打開此開關，磁力攪拌器上洗瓶中的液體溫度會慢慢上升。
攪拌器調速：轉動此旋鈕，以控制磁力攪拌器上洗瓶中磁力攪拌棒的旋轉速度。
可程式控制器：用于對試驗的整體控制及監測。

四、試驗相關資料Test data
試驗步驟
1、將稱重至0.1mg的處理過的試樣放在燃燒舟中，并使其均勻地分布在燃燒舟的底部。
2、然后把燃燒舟送入置于管形爐的燃燒管中。
3、用針形閥把空氣流量調節為（0.015D2）L?h-1±10%，并在試驗期間維持恒定。
4、然后在（40±5）min內均勻升溫，并在（800±10）℃溫度下保持20min。升溫速率和試樣溫度應用適當的方法作檢驗。
注：確認升溫速率和試樣溫度的范例如下：
作為預備試驗的鑒定程序，應用上述規定的空氣流量，把熱電偶或其他適當的溫度測量設備（適當防腐），放在空的燃燒舟中
的試樣點上，進行空白試驗。通過這個試驗可制定出一套重復使用的升溫規則，來保證實際試驗時能達到要求的試樣升溫速率
和溫度。
5、拆開洗瓶，把內容物倒入1000ml量瓶中。并用蒸餾水或軟化水沖洗洗瓶、連接管和燃燒管的終端（冷卻后），把沖洗液也
倒入量瓶中，然后追加至1000mL。
6、取出燃燒舟后，整個管子必須在950℃溫度下煅燒以清凈之。鹵酸含量的測定冷卻至環境溫度后，用吸管或滴定管量取
200mL溶液到燒杯中，依次加入4mL濃硝酸，20mL的0.1M硝酸銀和3mL硝基苯。充分搖動內容物使氯化銀凝聚析出。
然后加入1mL含幾滴6M硝酸的濃度為40%的硫酸鐵銨水溶液，混合后在磁力攪拌下用0.1M硫氰酸銨滴定。
鹵酸總量以每克試樣的氯化氫的毫克數表示如下：

五、注意事項Matters needing attention
1、在進行操作時，一定要做好防護措施，如戴口罩、手套等，以免影響身體健康。
2、此設備僅適用于單相220V交流電源。
3、試驗機在使用時必須可靠接地，否則有觸電危險。
4、此設備必須安置在干燥的室內環境中，以免潮濕銹蝕設備。
5、為延長試驗設備的使用壽命，應定期給試驗機通電。
6、每次試驗結束后，都要及時地關閉電源，清理試驗現場，保持設備清潔。
