Anti-His antibody data sheet
Anti- His is a mouse monoclonal antibody, affinity purified from mouse ascites fluid.
Specificity: Recognizes an epitope of 6 His-tag encoded by many commercially available vectors, and direct against His-tag in the fusion proteins independent of the location of His-tag in the fusion protein sequences (react with N-terminal, C-terminal or internal His-tag).
Isotype: IgG2b.
Sensitivity: 1-2ng of His-tagged fusion proteins (Western blot developed with ECL).
Application: ELISA, Dot blot, Western blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunostaining.

Working condition: 1:1000-3000 dilution (incubation for one hour at room temperature) for Western Blot with ECL. 1:500-2000 dilution for immunostaining. In order to obtain best results in other assays (ELISA, Dot blot, IP etc), please determine optimal working dilution by titration test.
Storage: Store at 4 oC (add 0.1% NaN3) for several months, at -20oC for longer period. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
