3 操作使用步驟及注意事項 Operation using the steps ａnd precautions
3.1 拆箱與安裝Unpacking ａnd installation
3.1.1打開包裝箱，取出取樣器及隨機技術文件。Open the box, remove the sampler ａnd random technical documentation
3.1.2除去各部防銹脂及塵積物。Rust removing grease ａnd dust ministries sediments.
3.1.3檢查刀片是否損壞，如損壞則應更換刀片。Check the blade for damage, such as damage to the blades should be replaced.
3.1.4將取樣器放置在（3～4）mm厚的膠墊上，膠墊表面應平整光滑。The sample placed in （3 ~ 4） mm thick pads on the pad surface should be smooth
3.2 切樣（參見取樣器外形圖）Cutting samples （see outline drawing sampler）
3.2.1將平直的瓦楞紙板平放在膠墊上。Will be flat on the corrugated board flat on the pad.
3.2.2將支足7的錐尖壓入瓦楞紙板內定位。7 will support foot pressed into the corrugated cardboard cone localization.

3.2.4取出試樣備用。Remove the backup sample.
3.3 刀片的更換與調整Replacement ａnd adjustment of the blade
3.3.1松開螺釘5，取下刀片，換裝新刀片并旋緊螺釘。Loosen the screw 5, remove the blade, through the installation of new blade ａnd tighten the screws.
3.3.2斜向調整刀片位置，可改變刀片的切入深度。Inclined to adjust the blade position, can change the blade cut into the depth.
3.4 注意事項Notes
3.4.1切樣時，刀片運動軌跡應為螺旋向下，逐漸切入試樣，不得直接用手將切刀壓入試樣。Cut samples, the blade should be spiral downward trajectory, gradually cut into the sample may not be directly pressed into the sample by hand cutter.
3.4.2 使用一段時間后，應更換刀片。Used for a period of time, the blade should be replaced.
4 維護保養Maintenance
4.1 經常保持取樣器清潔，不用時應在刀刃部分涂防銹油。Sampler keep clean, do not be coated in the blade part of the anti-rust oil.
4.2 轉動部位定期加注少量潤滑油。Filling a small amount of oil moving parts regularly
