lXOrbit series is a bridge style machine. three axis are made of nature granite , the axis
have the same temperature characteristic;
lY axis’s guideway is processed together with worktable. It can guarantee the stabilization
of the machine
lhand-lapped guide ways ensure the high accuracy;
lPre-stress circling distributed air bearing used in every axis.
lThree axes are all using high-speed servo drive and friction drive system;
lPassive anti-vibration system / pads;
lThis machine use air bearing in three axes, there is an independent air supply and
adjustment system on each. It enables to adjust the pressure and/or the consumption
according to the loading situation to achieve the optimum dynamics.
lXOrbit系列是橋式測量機，三軸均由天然黑色花崗巖材料構成, 因此各軸具有相同的溫度特性；
lY軸導軌和工作臺加工成一體，以保證機器的長期穩定；
l所有導軌均經手工研磨制作，具有高的精度；
l各軸均采用預應力環繞分布的空氣軸承；
l三軸均采用高速動態伺服驅動和摩擦傳動系統；
l被動減震系統 / 墊；
l各軸均有的氣動調節系統，因此可以根據各軸的負載情況，分別調整各軸的氣壓及供氣
量，以達到的運動狀態。
