氣體六通閥
氣體六通閥 詳細信息：
六通閥是氣相色譜儀的一種氣路附件,通常和定量管配合,作氣體進樣閥使用。在氣體樣品進樣量較大時,它可使樣品定量準確,數(shù)據(jù)重復性好。
在實際分析中由于樣品的氣、液、固、狀態(tài)不同,分析目的不同,要求不同,相應的用于氣相色譜分析的進樣方式也有所不同,而且進樣系統(tǒng)種類繁多。應用六通閥定體積進樣就是其中的一種,其特點為操作簡便、快速,測定結(jié)果準確、,重現(xiàn)性小于0.5%,符合技術(shù)要求。
應用實例：非甲烷總烴應用
采用單一進樣口六通閥進樣， Porapak Q柱和空柱兩根填充柱及一個FID檢測器的氣相色譜法測定無組織大氣中甲醇、甲烷、總烴和非甲烷總烴，測定結(jié)果均符合大氣污染物綜合排放標準中無組織排放監(jiān)控標準要求。方法低檢出濃度分別為甲烷0.04 mg/m3，總烴0.04 mg/m3，非甲烷總烴0.06 mg/m3，甲醇2 mg/m3，且能保持良好的重復性，相對標準偏差均小于2%，滿足檢測的要求。該方法操作簡單、靈敏且分離度好，具有較好的重現(xiàn)性和的準確度。
