RJX-II熱解析儀為我公司年度新近推出的以水平為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，直接面向外廣大用戶的換代產(chǎn)品。該儀器適用于對(duì)化工建筑材料、食品、大氣及室內(nèi)環(huán)境中沸點(diǎn)在350℃以下各種氣體的定性、定量檢測,可與任何外氣相色譜相連，其自動(dòng)化程度、重復(fù)性和靈敏度等指標(biāo)可以和目前國外同類產(chǎn)品相，完全能夠滿足目前新頒布的有關(guān)環(huán)境檢測的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并且在結(jié)構(gòu)上具有自身獨(dú)特的功能及令人滿意的性能與價(jià)格比。
RJX-II熱解析儀的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
1. 微機(jī)程序控制,自動(dòng)六通閥切換,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)樣品的吸附與脫附自動(dòng)控制,系統(tǒng)重復(fù)性。
2. 通過樣品解析裝置與樣品脫附裝置對(duì)樣品實(shí)施二次解析。
3. 標(biāo)樣與未知樣在同一系統(tǒng)中測定，數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確。
4. 具有系統(tǒng)吹掃、自動(dòng)空白測試功能。
5. 附設(shè)低溫控制裝置滿足對(duì)大多數(shù)低沸點(diǎn)樣品的處理。
6. 脫附裝置具有較高的升溫速率，樣品迅速脫附進(jìn)入色譜。
7. 直接對(duì)任何含有機(jī)物的固體材料進(jìn)行脫附、解析，進(jìn)樣分析。
8. 儀器內(nèi)部自帶解吸管清洗裝置可同時(shí)處理5支解吸管。
RJX-II熱解析儀的技術(shù)參數(shù)
1. 一次解吸溫度范圍：室溫～400℃，以增量1℃任設(shè)。
2. 二次解吸溫度范圍：－30℃～400℃。以增量1℃任設(shè)。（低溫裝置為可選件）
3. 二次解吸升溫速率：>2000℃/分。
4. 閥體及進(jìn)樣管路恒溫范圍： 150℃。
5. 熱解析程序控溫時(shí)間范圍： 0.01～99.99分, 以增量0.01分任設(shè)
